  • People come to us at very different stages : mid-cleanout, mid-decision, or just starting to sort through what’s there. Here’s how we work, broken into three paths so you can find where you fit.
  • 1. Selling your house? Start with us. We handle the personal property first selling what has value and clearing out the rest , then move you straight into listing your house, conventional or auction. Because we already know the property and the family, there’s no handoff, no starting over.
  • 2. Personal property to liquidate? No house sale needed. If your personal property/Collection is likely to bring $25,000 or more, we can help. minimum commissions Apply.
  • 3. Smaller estate or collection? If the value’s under $25,000 and there’s no house involved, we may not be the right fit, but we’re glad to connect you with a trusted tag sale company who is.
  • Not sure which one fits? Tell us a bit about your situation and we’ll point you in the right direction.
