1. Selling your house? Start with us. We handle the personal property first selling what has value and clearing out the rest , then move you straight into listing your house, conventional or auction. Because we already know the property and the family, there’s no handoff, no starting over.
2. Personal property to liquidate? No house sale needed. If your personal property/Collection is likely to bring $25,000 or more, we can help. minimum commissions Apply.
3. Smaller estate or collection? If the value’s under $25,000 and there’s no house involved, we may not be the right fit, but we’re glad to connect you with a trusted tag sale company who is.
